Event Information:
Meet in the Berrow Nature Reserve car park at 07:45. If the gate is closed, just open it - it doesn't get locked. We'll be beginning the run at 08:00.
Parking is free and has a height restriction of 2M.
This run is an easy flat route by enlarge. It includes running on the beach (hard packed, wet sand at low tide) - one of Europe's longest stretches of beach before a modest climb to the Fort, Roman Temple, and trig point. From here we'll retrace our steps back to the start point.
This run is suitable for all abilities and is great way to start increasing distance on your long runs. More experienced runners have the option of adding in some paced repeats or hill reps if they wish.
